Make it possible to see Session maximized

Bug Description
When I look into a Session window where some web page is displayed, then I open browser and look at web page to see a whole screen. It is little bit difficult to see all the info in Lernid because of such a small window. It would be nice if there is some option to see Session in full screen. This option would be also valuable when session with slides is used. I would like to see a slide on whole screen, to see all of the details.

Maybe just add the ability to pop-out certain elements. This would allow detaching the web browser or the slide viewer from the main lernid window. If they are in their own window, it should be possible to use some of distro's window controls to maximize or fullscreen the window.
