Bug Description
Now that Leo can parse ini style config files, offer a way to
force ini parsing on files which do not have the .ini extension.
buildout.cfg, for example is an ini file, but convention dictates
the .cfg extension.

This feature would help me a great deal. I'm currently having to rename the .ini-like files to .ini, use Leo to massage it, then rename it back for production use.
