Provide rendering commands

Ville's rst-preview script button is the prototype for a full range of content-rendering commands:

render-html
render-rst
render-backlink-graph
render-networkx-graph
render-picture
play-movie

etc.

Leo needs capabilities to render various formats in various standard places, possibly including

a) the entire body pane,
b) a separate part of the body pane,
c) a separate tab in the log pane.

Note that ScrolledMessage window is already dockable - i.e. you can
drag it below the body pane, and just make the text body pane smaller.

Thanks for pointing this out. I would not have known this. Can the window
be made part of the Leo main window by default?

It would also be cool to have changes to body text be reflected immediately
in the rendered window, but this would be too slow in general. ctrl-p
(repeat-complex-command) or a command-key alternative for show-rst would be
good enough.

Although this would be an extremely important feature to add to Leo, it should be labeled as a wishlist item, so as not to confuse people that it denotes a part of Leo that is actually broken.
