I've created a Make patch for Linux.
To fix:
zlib and libpng link problem
correct the sample directory location as for packaging you cant store it in $HOME this should be done later. Handled by a wrapper script or the program itself

Patch accepted for libpng and zlib. It is necessary for correctly linking with Lomse library in some platforms. The issue of changing the folder for installing samples is being studied.
