Bug Description

Test1ShaderStartup.html holds large amounts of JavaScript. We need a system for how to extract this into more general files.

Extracted the Javascript-code from Parser_Test.html in "Code Tokenizer and Parser" and created an external javascript-file (Parser_Test.js).
