This is because there is no default functionality for codeviewer yet. It only has a show function that accepts courseid + exampleid + pageid. This needs to be worked out in the future as an real index page and menu is worked out, and the parameters might need to be changed whether or not a page can be uniquely identified by its courseid, exampleid and pageid (containerid?) or if it needs to contain the category and subcategory aswell.
