Bug Description

I don't know if this is really a bug, but it caused me some inconvenience, so I'll complain about it anyway.

IWebServiceClientRequest includes a version attribute. This only exists after traversal has started -- I don't entirely get the mechanism by which this happens. This makes writing a unit test that requests to a domain are served by a webservice-y test harder than it could be. Would having 'version = None' in the class be bad for some reason?

version = None sounds reasonable to me.

Low importance, but this is brain-dead easy to do, so hopefully it is done soon.
