Bug Description
rms asks that the javascript files used by Launchpad should declare their licence and source url along the lines of <http://
istm that putting a copyright and licence declaration on them is a good idea regardless of what the licence may be.

Can I just clarify, does this say that the licence and copyright in the source tree are not good enough and that the stripped, compressed JS that's sent to the browser should have this extra stuff in it?
