Snapd requires to talk to CDN to install snaps. However, some environments have a strict whitelist of allowed destinations. In that case, setting SNAPPY_STORE_NO_CDN=1 to snapd would be helpful to allow access to the snap upstream store (this is a different story with the enterprise proxy).
