Bug Description

Attempting to fetch the layer results in a traceback currently:

It appears that charm-tools fetchers.py, and specifically LaunchpadGitFetcher, doesn't understand the git+ssh format used in the location specific on the interfaces site. I hacked it up to recognize that format and could pull it and finish building. You may want to just make it use git://git.launchpad.net until charm-tools is taught about that protocol specification.

Thanks for the heads up - my tests were silently falling back to my local copies. git: doesn't work either, but thankfully Launchpad supports https: and that does work.
