It seems an issue with the latest pm-qa. We pull git head and test could be broken now.

make clean is causing the issue:
# make clean

1. The testcases directory is obsolete and removed, so the lines containing testcases in the top Makefile should be removed too.
2. 'make check' should be used instead of 'make all' to run pm-qa tests, regardless the testcases directory is removed or not.
