Bug Description
For multiple panda boards mentioned in the bug title, they are connecting fine with conmux, but there is no response from the board. Could be that the board has no power, or something is really wrong with it. Because of the large number of boards, I think we should investigate if we have an entire PDU down or something.

This is very odd. They were all dead. No power. Take power out and put it back in, they all sparked up again. Panda08 has suffered this once before. Was thinking we had a board fault, but now I'm wondering if we have a heat problem or something similar.
All back online, but we should continue to monitor
