please setup image-report for OpenEmbedded LAMP Engineering Build

Hi,

Please setup image report for our LAMP openembedded engineering build.

Fathi has info about where the ci.linaro.org job lives and what bundle stream it submits its results to.

We want an image report that will always visualize everything run as part of the job.

For now we don't run anything though, so I expect teh dashboard to just report on lava-result and boot-successful.

Once lava-test-shell is ready for OE we will land a growing set of smoke and stress tests for our LAMP stack.

Mostly done. Only beagle to copy over, and various vexpress additions for our weird setups.

Only boot testing is covered.

Done. It's now marked implemented.
