Bug Description

If we're going to do a good per-board waterfall view, I think we should show builds that would have been tested on the board, but were not because the compile step failed. I think this probably means yet another bit of metadata in the build results bundle...

target.device_type metadata has been added to the bundle, we should update the view so that it includes the board name.

This is done enough, all other work can be part of the group results by board blueprint.
