lava-dispatcher do not detect commands run on board fail

Bug Description
when commands run on board fail, lava-dispatcher ignore the return code of the commands and continue. This give wrong error indication for the output of the job. For example when installation of lava-test fail, the dispatcher rapport tests run fail.

We examine the return code of important step, you can add the examination if you think it's necessary. For not severe issue, we choose to ignore the error and continue to test in case interrupting later test suite.
