Bug Description
As described on Lava doc page:

1. Created a new filters on Lava dashboard:
https:/
2. manage the subscribe to this filters "Always".
3. submit job https:/
the filters is not set does not display any results or no mail notification I an getting.
Please look into the issue for QA testing.
