deploy_linaro_image action doesn't support linaro-media-create --dtb-file

Bug Description

The hwpack can contain multiple dtb. linaro-media-create has an option to select the dtb to use (--dtb-file).
deploy_linaro_image action lacks support to specify the dtb when we use the hwpack.

I am going to omit the dtb field when a prebuilt image is used, as it does not require LMC.
