LAVA Dashboard 500 Error when trying to view large log file

LAVA Dashboard fails to show complete log (likely due to size restrictions), luckily, the plain view (not obvious) allows you to download the file and see that the SDMux is spinning.

I think we should limit log files. If they are over some configured limit, say 100MB, you only get the first 100MB with the option to download as a text file.

There is a limit, but I think it's rather high, maybe 500MB, and if a
job logs more than this it is killed, which is a bit different to what
you are proposing.
