Bug Description

There is the file rtsm_ve-ca15x1-ca7x1.dtb in the boot/rtsm directory,
but lava failed to deploy_linaro_android_image, and says that:
<LAVA_DISPATCHER>2013-06-27 02:48:46 PM WARNING: [ACTION-E] deploy_linaro_android_image is finished with error ([Errno 2] No such file or directory: '/tmp/tmpPQS1D5/rtsm_ve-ca15x1-ca7x1.dtb').
