Bug Description
Unfortunately, "bzr branch" when run against "lp:" URLs may behave inconsistently based on whether running user's account previously executed "bzr login" or not. In worst case, it may try to use wrong/inaccessible SSH keys when doing branch operation, and fail. This is especially annoying when bzr branch is done in a script. We faced this issue several times in infrastructure projects, and I hit that again with lava_test_shell.
The way to resolve this is to set BZR_HOME to non-existent value, in that case bzr will guaranteedly will use anonymous checkout. (Patch to be submitted).
