Failed to mount the sdcard of panda-jb-tracking

Bug Description

because the device entry in vold.fstab of panda-jb-gcc47-tilt-tracking-blob and snowball-jb-gcc47-igloo-stable-blob have been changed to /devices/platform/omap_hsmmc.0/mmc_host/mmc0 and /devices/soc0/sdi0/mmc_host/mmc1/mmc1,
so the sdcard change source is not correct for panda-jb-tracking build
