Bug Description
When you have your testing (and now build, with cbuild-lava project) job done, you get a link to a result bundle. Then it takes one click to get to test run page, which actually shows something interesting regarding test (and now build) results - like list of test cases (build steps) and attachments (build logs). Now lava support per-testcase attachments in addition to testrun-level, but I don't know how many people would actually expect that drilling into testcase pages would lead them to such attachments. Not knowing that such attachments exists at all, few would do IMHO, and there's no way to learn that.
So, I would suggest that there's some indication in the test case list table that particular testcase has attachments, for example an icon at the end of "test passed"/"test failed" notice in "Result" column.
Until that, I lean towards putting build logs at the test run level. See also lp:1085983.

That makes sense to me.
