the url of the ppm file for tjbench test is on a wiki page.
this file should be in a version controlled place.
and this problem is discussed in the thread "test data location"
When the place is decided, and the file is put there, this bug should be fixed with right modification.

From discussion on mailing list, the policy is to use a sub directory based on test definition name[1].
