Bug Description

Need a way as part of the json commands to be able to not start the steps in the test definition until after the home screen is up. This is critical especially since the graphical tests have to have a graphical environment.

A further data point would be that the home screen is unlocked when the test is run.

Is this bug intended for lava-test-shell or lava-android-test ?

I think I was trying to suggest it be part of linaro-android, i.e. the
android builds would include such a script. But maybe it should be
installed by lava-dispatcher. Either way, this isn't the correct
project...
