Bug Description
The docs found in launchpadlib/docs/ are great documentation, but they're not actually tested when bin/test is run, nor do they appear to work when run with the doctest module (i.e. "python -m doctest $docfile").
It would be great if they were hooked into bin/test and properly tested.
