Bug Description
I am unable to set an assignee for a bug_task object, as I get 401 (Unauthorized) in response. It is possible to change the assignee to None or modify the bug status, so I suppose it is not an authorization problem.
I attach a short Python script illustrating the issue. I use python-launchpadlib 1.10.2+ds-2 on Debian Jessie.
