Launchpad entries flagged with weak keys on Ubuntu Noble

Running an apt-update on Kubuntu Noble flags all of my Launchpad entries as having weak keys (RSA1024).

This same keys are not flagged n Mantic.

A fresh set-up of the PPA produces the same (weak) keys.

Yes this is a new introduction; apt warns for weak keys.

Launchpad has introduced a change to dual-sign using strong keys but it will take a while for us to process all cases that previously only had weak keys.
