Bug Description
When a bug report is marked as a duplicate, it's visually hard to identify it as such by looking at the bug page. Here's an example: https:/
For a user coming to that page from a google search, it may not be obvious that the genuine bug (i.e. the one that the mentioned bug is a duplicate of) has already been fixed, because the status and milestones are still as they were before marking the bug as duplicate and thus, misleading. There is of course the "Duplicate of ..." status on the right hand side, and the "Remember, this bug is a duplicate of ..." warning before the comment input box, but they are not the first things you see when looking at the page.
The proposal here is to make duplicates more visually distinct, i.e. make the duplicate status the first thing you see when opening the bug page, even for someone who is not familiar with the Launchpad interface. The yellow warning before the comment input box is visually distinct and informative, but in case of long bug descriptions and/or many comments, one has to scroll the page to see it. So moving (or duplicating) that warning to page top should be sufficient.
