Bug Description

Currently the ga.js script is served in the body and is loaded in a blocking fashion. It should be updated to load async as noted in the instructions here:

http://support.google.com/analytics/bin/answer.py?hl=en&answer=1008080

Note that we'd be pointing to our own ga.js script vs the hosted google version.
