Edit PGP keys page instructions too shallow

Instructions told there are not enough.

1) What is key id? How do I know my key id?

2) In Ubuntu

gpg: no keyserver known (use option --keyserver)
gpg: keyserver send failed: bad URI

This isn't exactly a duplicate of 85643 as indicated, but has more relevance to 98942. It's the lack of a "--keyserver <servername>" argument that is the problem here.
