Bug Description
In bug #937822 I tried to reassign the Debian bug to package libgtk-3-0 but Launchpad won't allow it and says "There is no package named 'libgtk-3-0' published in Debian."
If you click on "Choose" and search for libgtk Launchpad will present libgtk-3-0 as a result, but if you select it Launchpad complains that the package does not exist!
