Launchpad bugzilla integration causes Bugzilla-side warnings

I received this report from one of the maintainers of bugzilla.mozilla.org. I'm not sure where to file this, so hopefully, somebody can help me:

every 10 minutes we're seeing warnings generated on bugzilla.mozilla.org
which i'd like to track down.
details are:

bugzilla throws two warnings:

Use of uninitialized value in concatenation (.) or string at
Bugzilla/WebService/Server.pm line 28
Null filename used at (eval 142418) line 2.

its likely it's a problem with how bugzilla itself is managing your
requests, so i'd like to get information about the requests your bot is
currently making so i can replicate the issue locally and identify why
we're seeing warnings.

Hi, what sort of help would you like?

In terms of request content, you can bring up a dev instance of LP,
add a bugzilla bug watch and replicate the behaviour as much as you'd
like ;)

i tried but wasn't able to stand up a development launchpad instance -- followed the instructions, failed at some point, and i didn't have time to diagnose it further i'm sorry.

however the it appears that launchpad is calling a webservice method which doesn't exist, which triggers these errors. there's a bug in our handling of xmlrpc errors which may be masking our responses from you (we're sending html instead of xml response; that'll be fixed soon).
