cannot edit the not showed part of the title

In the first attached screenshot you can see the correct title.
In the second you can see that the window only focus a part of he title, but not all and without a way to edit or change the part not showed, even if maximized.

THis is hte way the title wraps, you can edit the title on the bug page or editing the subscription,

No, this isn't at all the right way to manage things, after it was better and I was able to see all the entire phrase, and not just one part without the possibility to access and edit to the second one.

For confirmation I attach another screenshot showing ion wich way i can edit the title

The title edit widget has always been odd and not shown all the text of the title during editing. I use my cursor keys to move through and make the text appear in the text field.
