Bug Description

Dear Friends,

Bug A is a duplicate of bug B.
Bug A is marked as affecting you.
In bug B the text should read "This bug affects you (by duplicate, #XXXXXX) and X other people"

Currently, while the affected people count does include you (see Bug #678090), the UI doesn't mention it, leaving you to think that you should mark yourself as affected by bug B.

Thanks and blessings,
Shahar

This would be unnecessary complication; the UI of affects-you or doesn't is sufficient.

(And marking yourself as affected by B, IF you are affected by B, is entirely fine).

Dear Robert,

Then perhaps, for the sake of simplicity, then bug B should say "This bug affects you..." as usual, the same when the bug directly affects you?

Because it is more correct than what is currently being displayed, as if the bug doesn't affect you.

Thanks and Blessings,
Shahar
