Changing the ownership of a team sets expiration date when there was none

Bug Description
I just transferred the ownership of the ubuntu-l10n-es team to another admin of that team. Both, him and me didn't have expiration date set for our membership and after changing the ownership, both, my account and the new owner's one get an expiration date.
This behaviour would make sense for my membership as I'm leaving the ownership of the team, but it makes no sense for the new owner.
