autocomplete ignores unofficial tags

Bug Description

The tag entry sometimes completes tag names, and more often it doesn't. I have not managed to see a pattern here. For example in Midori, bug 912043 typing "a" or "s" suggests "bookmarks" but neither "granite" nor "speeddial" tags are suggested. I end up manually looking for other bugs to avoid introducing misspelt tags.

Only 'official' tags for a project will autocomplete - you should add those tags you want autocompleted to the official set. This bug can be considered a symptom of the UI complexity (having 'official' tags at all) and/or discoverability (of the official tags functionality).

It seems indeed selecting official tags helps, though personally I don't see the value in official versus non-official tags. I guess I would've thought most-used tags show up at the top but I never thought about it further.

I think thus bug overlaps or is a duplicate of another bug. Lp autocomplete only supports official project bugtags to ensure the project communities use the same terms. There is a desire for personal bugtags (visible only to the user) that users can manage across many projects that would also autocomplete
