Bug Description
Example:

There's a field labelled "Project, distribution, package, or series subscriber", however:
1. the "Choose..." button opens a picker that lets you search only for people;
2. manually entering the name of a project/package gives you the following error: "There's no person with the name or email address 'papyon'"

As the label suggests, that field is for filtering by targets to which a person is subscribed, not to a particular named project. If you want to search for reported bugs in a particular project, try entering the person in the Reporter field on https:/
