Contributing factors to long durations, using 12:15:00-12:18:15 on the same day as a control:
- Googlebot's aggregate duration was 1179915090 vs 911187641 or ~29% higher.
- Distribution:
- Gerrit User Sync was part of the top 20 in terms of request duration.
- Biggest aggregate duration is openstack-related sub_teams listings
