Bug Description
I was trying to attach an apport file to 'Docky' bug 945625 using Chromium and it responded
Bad Request
Your browser sent a request that this server could not understand.
Apache/2.2.14 (Ubuntu) Server at bugs.launchpad.net Port 443
...both when uploading as a 6ish kilobyte file or a 3ish kilobyte tar.gz. I'll try to attach the example file to this bug but I'm not optimistic.

should work with either : .txt .log
