Bug Description
When you want to view all of the launchpad projects that are listed it currently shows you -9999 to 26567 results available https:/
I don't think you should see a negative figure here, though perhaps these are deactivated projects which are showing up.

Actually, I'm changing this to low because I think the only way to see this is to deliberately URL hack in order to get it.
