Hi I've checked with others and they have said Launchpad is not blocking Syria, perhaps this is something happening from your work /office.

well this is not only with me,many friends for me said the same thing. i have tried many computers and ISPs but the same thing, and the ISPs say that they are not blocking launchpad..

the blocking happen when trying to browse the website, in Firefox and chrome it display "Connection was rest" error..

So that clearly indicates you can access the site just fine over
HTTPS. You say that you get a 'connection was reset' error in chrome
or firefox? What URL does that happen on?

Thats very odd: the wget demonstrated that your IP address is able to
access the web site just fine; it is https:// so unless you have a
MITM attack being operated against you (by your ISP or, country or
some such) there is no obvious reason why wget would work and Chrome
and firefox would not.

We did have an operational issue yesterday with the front page, can
you check if you are still having issues?

Have you tried something like TOR ?

well, i was able at last to Access launchpad perfectly tis evening! but in sometimes it show the 'connection was reset' error and i have to reload the page 3 or 4 times to work agian..

I believe this indicates network congestion somewhere between you and
the UK; https tends to handle this work than http. There isn't
anything we are aware of that we can do to mitigate it - other ISP's
in syria may have more bandwidth, or it may be that the country
doesn't have enough bandwidth :(
