As seen on OOPS-8e259d8c3b45707c6a37f986d3c8127d an IntegrityError: insert or update on table "incrementaldiff" violates foreign key constraint "branch_merge_proposal_fk" DETAIL: Key (branch_merge_proposal)=(93035) is not present in table "branchmergeproposal". was logged when generating the incremental diff

Looks like a job was trying to commit the diff when the BMP had been deleted.
