Bug Description
The affects me too feature was designed to not email subscribers, so that the bug could stay focused and clear. When users using Launchpads email features mark a bug as affecting them too, that shows up as a comment in the bug and gets broadcast to all subscribers, rather defeating the purpose.
Possible solutions
==============
* Do not permit affects-me-too via email (simple)
* Special case emails with just affectsmetoo to not get recorded as comments or broadcast to subscribers (more complex, may open attack vectors if the code has bugs)
