Bug Description
At translations page..
"Make suggestions from:" select box
This list should use "preferred languages" from user settings. We don't need a lot of languages for suggestions.. for example for Portuguese (Portugal) translation, I only need English and Portuguese (Brazilian).

The work is done, but unfortunately it's not going in for 1.1.9. The branch got held up in a technical glitch elsewhere.
