Bug Description

OOPS-59a68362dae6101b4e421fbc65813f20

Did two changes simultaneously. I switched the package from 'xorg' to 'xserver-xorg-video-intel', and while that was updating also set the status from 'Incomplete' to 'Confirmed'. Of course, the latter didn't work because the bug's full URL had changed, and launchpad did not care for that.

Other changes including commenting (bug 922284) and subscribing (bug 920599) suffer the same issue.

This does trigger an oops, so critical per the policy. We probably want to revisit oopses-and-404's.

One way to fix this particular case would be to use the stable id (the task id) rather than the url, for form submission.

I have inverted the dupes for the bugs because the newest bug is the root cause of the symptoms in this bug.
