Subscribe by e-mail/feed to registry search results

Use case: Elliot is developing a graphical backup utility, and is interested in any other Free backup software being developed, either as a competitor or as a potential back-end component. He searches Launchpad's project registry for "backup", and he wants to keep up to date with new projects without periodically having to re-run the search and work out which results are new ones.

Design: When someone searches for projects matching one or more keywords, at the end of the search results, we should provide buttons for them to subscribe to those results, by e-mail and/or an Atom feed. So when any new project is registered including those keywords, or the description of an existing project is changed to include those keywords, they will be notified.
