package page does not have meta description

project home pages (eg <https://launchpad.net/ppa-purge>) have no meta descriptions, which causes bad search summaries in some results. This is an important case to get right because this is often the best page on the internet describing a project.

meta descriptions are added to the page when the view provides page_description.

There is a description on that page, although it's fairly terse.

To be clear, I'm not asking for it to be manually added, rather that
the view objects should provide `page_description` mapped to the ppa
description (or something similar). At the same time the other fields
could be populated.
