Bug Description
This is because the newest launchpadlib changes the way passwords are stored in the keyring in order to fix another bug, and ec2 in the LP tree uses the version of launchpadlib in the tree. The old launchpadlib can't read the new launchpadlib's format.
The simple solution is to update launchpadlib in the LP tree.
