inexact parsing of bugzilla.novell.com links

I sent a mail that ended up on https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/cups/+bug/908864 as comment #7. The result was a mail from launchpad saying

launchpad lists "novell-bugs #159223]" in the "Remote bug watches" section.

Unfortunately the link is slightly broken - see the trailing "]" in the remote bug watches section. The link to bugzilla.novell.com also contains the trailing "]" - https://bugzilla.novell.com/show_bug.cgi?id=159223]
Needless to say that this results in "'159223]' is not a valid bug number nor an alias to a bug."

Please fix the link parsing - it should match on [0-9]+ instead of [^ ]*

Remote bug adding isn't in the tales processor; it may even have its own url logic - I haven't checked the code. Unduplicating (for now) as a result. The bug about the presentation linkification is bug 876354.

The bug watch looks fine now. Triaging low because this can be corrected manually.
