Bug Description

As an example, on this page: https://translations.launchpad.net/elementary we can read:

"If a project for elementary is not listed here, get in touch with Elementary-core who is the administrator for the project group."

I think there should be a comma before "who", so it would be:

"If a project for elementary is not listed here, get in touch with Elementary-core, who is the administrator for the project group."

It looks better.

Thanks David.

The lack of comma is the least of this page's problems. That text actually makes little sense.

If you know what project groups are, it might be clearer.
If you elemental is a project group, you might be a step closer.

As it is, there's a bunch of projects to translate there. Why are we even showing that text?

So, we'll rewrite the text and make sure that the only time you see a message like that is when there are no translatable projects in that project group.
